Fifteen members of the Team Vision Adventure Challenge group took part in wall climbing at the Wadebridge Sports Centre on May 15th.
Under the instruction of the two qualified instructors everyone donned safety harness and hard hat and chose their preferred route up the vertical wall. All the young people managed to get off the ground, many reached the “red line” target and one or two got right up to the top. Everyone went again and a few tried each route, it was a real challenge for some and others seemed to be natural wall climbers! It was great to see how they all encouraged each other, particularly those who found it more difficult.
After the excitement of the wall all the members went for an hours swim before hitting the vending machines, they had obviously worked up an appetite!!
